Deliveries
If a delivered stock item does not meet your requirements, you can return it to our Distribution Center at Conradweg 10 ( Industrial area, Noordland) 4612 PD Bergen op Zoom
in consultation with our customer service department, which can be reached at phone number +31 (0)181 47 50 00 or by email at info@majestic.nl.
1. Please make sure to have the following at hand when contacting us:
a. Majestic order number/relevant shipping number;
b. Item code of the item in question/quantity;
c. Reason for the return request;
d. Possibly a digital image of the product or complaint.
2. Your contact at our Sales Offices will start processing the return request immediately.
3. You will subsequently be sent a Return Form (PDF) with a return number by email.
a. You must place this return form on the return shipment in a clearly visible manner (on the pallet or on 1 of the individual packages);
b. If one return shipment consists of multiple packages, each individual package or pallet must be labelled with the return number in question.
4. The return shipment will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Acceptance, returns & exclusions
1. If you have received a defect or wrong product from us, or want to return a recently received product for any other reason, you can register a return with us within 10 days of the date of receipt;
2. Goods must have been purchased from Majestic. Please list the order number on the return slip to enable us to verify this;
3.The goods:
- are still in their original packaging;
- are undamaged;
- are clean;
- are unopened;
- have not been provided with any labels and/or stickers by the customer (reseller/end user);
- have been provided with a still valid expiry date.
4. Goods will be returned if they do not meet the conditions set out above;
5. The quantity of the goods must correspond to the quantity listed on the return form;
6. If a complaint arises during (long-term) use of the item, the item will be assessed and only a part of the purchase price may be refunded pro rata the period of use, or the product may be offered to the supplier to be repaired; The following guideline applies to a refund of these items*:
- Unworn: 100% refund (if the complaint is valid);
- Worn for no more than 3 months: 75% refund (if the complaint is valid);
- Worn for no more than 6 months: 50% refund (if the complaint is valid);
- Items older than 6 months no longer qualify for a refund.
*(the previously indicated period of 5 business days can be exceeded in this case)
Fees
The costs involved in returning the goods will be borne by Majestic if the reason for the return is attributable to Majestic.
You must bear the costs in case of:
- Sample shipments;
- Wrong goods ordered by yourself;
- Assessment of the product quality.
A total of 10% in re-stocking costs will be charged per item for each return shipment if Majestic is not responsible for the cause of the return. The provided RMA number based on which the goods can be returned will be valid for 30 days. Goods will no longer be accepted after this period.
