Petzl’s mission has remained unchanged for all these years. To create products that allow men and women to progress, position and protect themselves in vertical or dark environments, such as harnesses, helmets and headlamps.
Originally a successful manufacturer of climbing gear, the founder of the company, cave explorer and mountaineer Fernand Petzl, used this experience to design headlamps that are ever more powerful, lightweight, and adapted to the needs of users.
