Majestic is very aware of its role as an employer and the responsibility that comes with it. Therefore, we are committed to our employees and society in various ways.
Employment
Majestic strives to be a reflection of society. This means that we want to provide work for all people, including those who have difficulty finding suitable employment because of their background, religion, orientation, or disability. Diversity, equality, and inclusion is what we believe in at Majestic. We also help people who are distanced from the job market to flourish within Majestic.
To promote a healthy lifestyle, we facilitate healthy lunch, nutrition coach workshops and preventive medical exams, among other things. Our employees also have an annual personal training budget and an external coach at their disposal.
Impact on society
In addition to these points, we are also committed to society. For example, Majestic offers all employees the opportunity to devote two working days per calendar year to volunteer work. We ourselves organize various occasions for this, such as Majestic Doet!, the Majestic Clean Up Day and the Majestic Day of the Elderly.
We also plant trees on employees’ birthdays and support a charity every two years. For example, 2022 and 2023 were dedicated to Trees for All. Bunzl also organizes the bike ride Tour de Bunzl which raises money for charity. This initiative originates at Majestic and therefore always has a large participation component as well.
