Since January 2020, Ansell has been in great demand for certain types of body protection suits worldwide, efforts are being made to increase the production of chemical protection clothing.
After five months of the worldwide COVID-19 health crisis, Ansell continues to face exceptionally high demand for safety solutions to prevent contamination. In order to meet this high demand, Ansell has decided to increase factory production on those items that are most important in the most vital sectors. references that have the most demand and where limited customization (options or accessories) will be given priority in production over the next 12 months.
What does this mean to you?
As mentioned, Ansell has decided to discontinue production due to the exceptional demand for its disposable products and to focus on 5 products. As a result, Ansell has cancelled all outstanding orders for these products. Unfortunately this means that we’re also forced to cancel the current outstanding orders of your organization. It is currently unclear when the 5 focus products will be available and in what numbers.
In the meantime, we are obviously searching for alternatives and as soon as we know more about the situation we will inform you immediately. We’re sorry to share this message with you, but it is a force majeure that we cannot control.
